Finished playing up Bowser's Inside Story for the DS. Really fun game. However, later in the game you'll find that the Falling Star special attack is incredibly broken on bosses, as you can like hit the boss for like 1/4th it's health if you do it properly. It gets even more broken if you're me and choose to give all the SP beans to Luigi, then proceed to give Luigi a gear combination of Tight Belt + Surprising Socks, causing the Falling Star ability to cost 7 SP per turn (down from 20). |

This is Moose. Moose is a purebred Maine Coon cat. My mother found this cat as a stray, curled up on the front porch and starving. After he ate a good chunk of food he slowly became accustomed to the house and made himself right at home. He's a very relaxed cat, very mellow and very thankful that he was fed and given a home.
Cool cat. |

BLAAAAAARGH I hate this puzzle. What i'm supposed to do is i'm supposed to stop time to make a block stop in place for me to land. Then I have to grapple claw my way down to the block so I can land on it and small on the pixel-perfect jump. THEN I have to jump my way up, then luck out and hope I can jump over the spikes so I can put a weight on the pedestal and FINALLY grapple claw my way to the life jewel.
I honestly wouldn't mind this puzzle if the lamp of time didn't take five minutes to cool. |

Okay. So I decided to get a new AIM username and try using it some more. Why am I doing this? Because I can. But I lost the information to my last username, so I decided to create a fresh run.

I'm still not 100% sure i'm going to use it, though. |

Alright. So I got a job as a CNA over at a local resident home, but I decided i'm gonna shift my schedule over at Toys R Us so I can work both jobs.
Who wants to bet i'm going to go insane before the end of the year? Come on, place your bets now! Double or nothing riding on this one. |

Alright. Finally got around to switching the background on my journal. As much as I love the Ouendan game, it was getting due for a change. By the way, Madworld is an awesome Wii game and you should pick it up if you haven't already. |

Is there something i'm missing when it comes to Spectrobes? I played the first game and it bored the crap out of me from how you had to keep moving two steps and dig for fossils. The fact that combat on the game was incredibly stiff didn't help either, seeing as how the spectrobes you had were tethered to your sides and if they died you were screwed, since your own attack was useless. So how is it that such a boring game has sequels? Did the series actually get popular and if so, how do people consider the game fun?
Edit: On another note, what's with all the bad movies that have been getting released this summer? First it was Transformers 2, then GI Joe, not to mention several assorted ones, plus newer movies like Gamer and possibly Jennifer's Body? (A movie about a chick who gets sacrificed in a satanic ritual by a rock band, causing her body to be possessed by a demon who survives by seducing people and eating them? Sounds like a blockbuster to me! :L) Is this just the summer where directors try to win audiences with flare rather than story? |

So. World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. Welcome to "Blizzard wants to talk about the next expansion before we even kill the Lich King". Basically, i'm indifferent to the next expansion. I'll probably get it anyways, though.
Good luck convincing someone new to buy World of Warcraft, as well as three expansions on top of that, though. (three expansions! Ah! ah! ah!) |

So about a month ago I got a prescription for some anxiety medicine and have been taking it ever since. It has helped a lot, too, so I no longer seem to have panic attacks. The only thing that's really odd is that moments that would cause me to be excessively anxious, like if i'm about to get hit by somebody who's not paying attention to the road (*cough*), an icy chill comes over me instead. It doesn't effect me in any other way, it's just sort of an oddity.
On an unrelated note, I saw GI Joe with my brother. Overall, it was okay. It wasn't good, it wasn't bad, it was just okay. I can safely say i've seen worse movies, though. *coughTransformer2scough*
As for WoW, not much to really comment on. I've been playing my Warlock a lot, since I was feeling nostalgic. Gearwise he's doing pretty good, but then again i've also haven't been hardcore raiding with him. Thankfully it has helped me mellow out, since god knows i've been taking raiding way too seriously. However, I did get a nifty little thing on him that I rather like.

Nifty indeed. |

You know, for as much as some of the puzzles in Bonesaw piss me off (by the way, i'm playing Bonesaw now, another freeware game. I really need to find a good place to find these sorts of games), you gotta admit that the soundtrack for the game kicks ass. |

So apparently my mom's puppy, Pete, accidentally clawed one of her eyes. So she had to go to the emergency room to have it taken care of. I'm going to visit her immediately after I get done with the dentist, so i'm hoping that she's not too badly hurt. |

I need to download more freeware games. Obake was really fun to play. Managed to 100% it, although i'm probably gonna keep the game on my computer. I know what the stages are like now, but it's a fun game regardless.
By the way, for those that want to play it, I posted a link to it. Just don't go selecting the snowman too often when you beat the game and can choose who you want to start each level with. Because like 90% of the time you can just stick to the ceiling and ignore the obstacles. It's funny, though, because a good chunk of the 'G's can only be obtained by using either the snowman or the witch. |

Been playing a nifty little freeware game I discovered. Obake.
I don't know what the plot is like, since I can't read the text in the game, but the basic gameplay is you're a ghost. You don't have any real powers, but you are able to possess other enemies and use them for your own doing. There are 24 different creatures that you are able to possess, each with their own abilities and stamina bar. Some are faster, some can take more of a beating, some can fly, some can shoot bullets, blah blah blah, all that noise. To be honest it feels like a Kirby game, only you become the guy instead of just stealing his power.
So far i'm up to the final world, not counting the secret one that can only be unlocked after finding all the 'G's in the game. So far the best character to possess is the snowman for a couple reasons. First he throws his head as a weapon, which is awesome enough, but at the same time he can also walk on the ceiling. For obvious reasons the snowman is the gamebreaker of Obake, since for a good chunk of the stages you can just skip everything by walking upside-down.
It's a really fun game, though. It definately gets trickier the deeper in you go, but it's definately worth trying. |
